Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a product or our service, just let us know, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. You can reach us through our "Contact Us" page or by emailing support@vintyjewelry.com.

You can request a full refund or re-shipment in the following situations:

  • The guaranteed delivery date (30 days, not including 2-5 day processing) has passed, and you haven't received your item.
  • You received the wrong or damaged item.
  • If you are unhappy with the product you received, you must return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will receive your refund after we receive the return package.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Vinty Jewelry (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Vinty Jewelry (e.g., lost packages).

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
